Our mission is to empower artisans by supporting and enabling rural livelihoods, traditional livelihoods and women’s home based work. We wish to provide visibility and dignity to the work of artisans and weavers by re-presenting and introducing their craft to new audiences in contemporary ways.
Our vision is simple: to ensure that India’s artisans thrive in today’s economy, and that the inheritance (viraasat) of craft is carried forward with pride into the future.
